AstroBase – Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to play AstroBase.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AstroBase complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

• AstroBase is not available to users in jurisdictions where participation in blockchain-based games is prohibited.

• AstroBase is a skill-based game where players control a spaceship and aim for the highest score by avoiding obstacles.

• Each play requires a small entry fee paid onchain in ETH.

• A weekly leaderboard tracks scores, and rewards are automatically distributed onchain to the top players according to predefined smart contracts.

• Full details of the reward structure are available in-game and may be updated from time to time.

• AstroBase is a game and should not be considered an investment, financial product, or opportunity for profit.

• The entry fee is used solely to fund gameplay and reward distribution within the game.

• We do not guarantee any returns, profits, or earnings from participation.

• To play AstroBase, you must use a self-custodial crypto wallet.

• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and any associated assets.

• Transactions on Base are irreversible. We cannot recover lost funds, misplaced transactions, or stolen assets.

By playing AstroBase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The game relies on blockchain technology, which may involve risks such as bugs, exploits, or network issues.

• Smart contracts are deployed and verified on Base, but no system is entirely free of vulnerabilities.

• You participate in AstroBase at your own risk.

• All original game content, branding, logos, and media assets associated with AstroBase are owned by the AstroBase team.

• You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

• You retain ownership of your wallet, assets, and any NFTs linked to the game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AstroBase and its contributors are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to loss of assets, gameplay disruptions, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

• The game is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on astrobase.games/terms-of-service.

• Continued use of the game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
